Cancellations, Reschedules, No Shows:
Our office requires 24 hour advance notice in the event you wish to either cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments that are missed (no shows), or for which we do not receive 24 hour advance notice, may result in a fee of $75.00 charged to the patient account.
